We ship only to destinations made available during checkout and only where we reasonably believe shipment and receipt are lawful. We may restrict products or destinations, request additional information, or cancel an order based on legal, carrier, fraud, safety, or compliance considerations.
Orders are ordinarily prepared within 3-5 business days after payment and any required verification are completed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time Zone) begin processing on the next business day. High-volume periods, verification, weather, inventory, or other operational conditions may extend processing.
Available carriers, service levels, and charges are displayed at checkout. Free Shipping is available for orders of $150 or more. Delivery estimates begin when the carrier accepts the package, not when the order is placed. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless the selected carrier service expressly states otherwise.
Carrier, weather, address, security, customs, regulatory, and other events outside our control may delay delivery. We do not refund an order solely because a non-guaranteed estimate was missed.
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable address. Review it before submitting the order. Contact info@avidpeptides.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins. You are responsible for carrier address-correction, reshipment, or return charges caused by information you supplied, except where prohibited by law.
When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order. A carrier's scan may precede physical delivery. Monitor tracking and arrange secure receipt. We are not responsible for theft or exposure caused by leaving a delivered package unattended, subject to applicable law and any shipping protection expressly purchased.
Products are packaged according to our established shipping procedures. Unless the product page or lot documentation expressly says otherwise, shipping temperature excursions do not by themselves establish that a product is defective. On receipt, inspect the package and promptly place each product under the storage conditions shown on its label or lot-specific documentation. Do not rely on general website text when the label or current Certificate of Analysis provides different lot-specific instructions.
Report visible damage, a missing or incorrect item, or a delivered-but-not-received package within 48 hours after the carrier's delivery scan. Email info@avidpeptides.com with the order number, tracking number, description, and supporting photographs. For delayed or lost-in-transit packages, contact us after the carrier's expected delivery date so we can help initiate an inquiry.
Remedies and evidence requirements are described in the Refund Policy. Keep all packaging and contents until we complete our review.
If a package is refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned because of an address or recipient issue, we may charge the actual return, correction, and reshipment costs. Because returned research products cannot ordinarily be placed back into inventory, the order may remain nonrefundable. If the return resulted from our addressing or fulfillment error, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
You are responsible for confirming that receipt and possession are lawful at the destination. We may cancel or withhold a shipment when required for compliance. We are not responsible for seizure, detention, refusal, or delay resulting from a customer's unlawful order, inaccurate representation, or destination restriction.
