Because research materials may be sensitive to storage, handling, contamination, and chain-of-custody conditions that cannot be verified after delivery, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds except for the limited qualifying issues described below or where required by law.
Orders enter processing promptly. You may request cancellation by emailing info@avidpeptides.com, but cancellation is not guaranteed. An order cannot be canceled after it has been packed, assigned a tracking number, or transferred to the carrier. If we approve a cancellation, any refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If the package contains an item that is visibly damaged on arrival, materially defective, incorrect, or missing because of our fulfillment error, contact us within 48 hours after the carrier records delivery. Include your order number, the shipping label, photographs of the outer package and all contents, the product label and lot number, and a clear description of the issue.
Keep the product and all packaging until the review is complete. Do not return any product without written authorization. After review, we may, at our discretion and as appropriate, replace the affected item, provide store credit, or refund the price paid for the affected item and applicable shipping charge. We may refuse a claim that cannot be verified, was submitted late, or concerns damage caused after delivery.
If tracking shows a package is delayed or lost in transit, contact info@avidpeptides.com so we can assist with a carrier inquiry. If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be found, first check the delivery location, household or facility recipients, and the carrier. Report the issue to us within 48 hours of the delivery scan.
Responsibility for loss, theft, misdelivery, and transit damage depends on the shipping service purchased, carrier determination, and applicable law. We may require a carrier case number, signed statement, photographic or video evidence, or police report for a high-value or suspected theft claim.
Unless required by law, refunds, returns, replacements, or credits are not available for buyer's remorse; accidental orders; research outcomes; incompatibility with an experiment; expected appearance differences that remain within lot specifications; improper reconstitution, handling, storage, or disposal; refusal or failure to collect delivery; an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer; customs or regulatory detention; carrier delay alone; or a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Shipping charges are refundable only when the qualifying issue resulted from our error or as required by law. Bank and processor posting times vary, and we cannot control when an institution makes an approved refund available. We will not charge a refund fee where prohibited by law.
Please contact us first so we can review an order issue. We may submit order, delivery, communication, and policy records to a payment processor when responding to a chargeback. Nothing in this section limits a lawful billing-error right.
